Interest rates are as low as I've seen them since starting in real estate in Savannah 15 years ago. Now that the market is picking up, prices will likely rise, but prices right now are about 20% below the prices of around 8 years ago.

Once you contact me and give me your criteria, I will send a list of homes that meet the criteria -- then after you've selected the ones you want to see, I'll make appointments to show them. If you find a home you think you want to buy, I'll assist you with the offer and negotiation. Once we've received an accepted offer, we'll set up an inspection to make sure the home is in good condition. Then we'll make sure all the paperwork is at the proper places, and then we go to closing. In between all these actions are many little things that have to happen, and what I do is pay attention to the details and make sure everything that's supposed to happen happens.
