Savannah, Ga -- What a place!

Why? Because it’s so diverse, mainly. There are many options in the greater Savannah area.

We have nooks and crannies all around the waterways, deepwater lots, tidal creeks. We have lakes nearby for lake-front homes. There is Tybee Island with beach-front homes.

There are islands all around Savannah – Wilmington Island, Whitemarsh Island, Dutch Island, Talahi Island, Burnside Island, Modena Island, Skidaway island, and more.

In Effingham County there is good country living with horse farms and hunting. In Richmond Hill there is a mixture of country living and river-front.

Downtown offers historic homes with shops and restaurants and River Street within easy walking distance. The beautiful squares create a unique ambience. There are condos and townhomes and mansions.

Ardsley Park, Savannah’s first subdivision, offers grand homes of eclectic styles, cottages with charm, and a community feel that creates a real neighborhood.

On the Southside you will find a diverse offering of neighborhoods, from 70s ranch to new, modern homes, near hospitals, restaurants and malls.

In west Chatham there are new homes going up daily. Around the airport, the new construction is phenomenal.

Savannah is quickly becoming a very cosmopolitan city. For art lovers, Savannah College of Arts & Design continues to grow and enrich the area. Hi-tech companies are moving into the area. Our port is booming, with distribution centers taking advantage of our location. Hunter Airfield continues to serve our nation well and adds another element to the mix.

All in all, it is a great place to live, work and play.
