Savannah Ga Real Estate: Market Heating Up
The Savannah Ga real estate market is heating up from all indicators to which I have access. One reason might be that it appears interest rates may be at the lowest point they will be for awhile. Smart financial people are advising that buyers lock in while the rates are low.
I'm working with five buyers right now and getting daily contacts from more. Home prices are stable, but they might begin rising soon if the increased activity continues through the summer.
Inventory is being reduced but there are still many new construction homes on the market and builders are still giving incentives to buy -- this probably won't last much longer.
